Drift Fish House & Oyster Bar opened its doors in early 2016. Establishing a lively oyster bar and seafood joint in the landlocked community of East Cobb is the vision of Chef & Owner Doug Turbush.
Drift offers fresh fish and oysters flown in daily from the coasts. Preparations are simple, elegant and center around a wood fired grill. House made desserts, fresh local produce and options for plant and meat eaters alike round out the seasonal menu. The bar program is focused on hand crafted cocktails, and is well stocked with seafare friendly sparkling, white, rose and red wines.
Drift is proud to be the first restaurant partner in Georgia of The Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch Program, and is committed to procuring the highest quality sustainable seafood available.
